I've taken them before, life got busy and I forgot about them! I've had really bad sinus issues my whole life. I haul alot of agricultural products (corn,beans and fertilizer) and the dust plays havoc on my sinuses! Just got back into taking them and I can already feel a difference. I'm not as congested and can breath easier. If you're on the fence about them just five them a try, you won't be disappointed!

It is seriously our favorite. I don't feel any amount of guilt putting it in my kids water because I know it's so good for them! They love all the flavors, and when we are really good at drinking it every day, I feel like we don't get sick as often.
